Tunisia came back from a goal down to beat Mauritania 2-1 in their FIFA 2018 World Cup Qualifier in Nouakchott.
Home team skipper Oumar N'Diaye opened the scoring in the 22nd minute with a header off a corner kick to give Mauritania an early boost.
The game soon balanced out in terms of possession, with Tunisia trying to hold the ball and Mauritania counting on fast counter-attacks.
Close to half time, Tunisia playmaker Wahbi Khazri got a final warning from the referee as the Bordeaux player had already been booked.
Then came a huge opportunity for Mauritania to double their lead on the stroke of half-time through Moulaye Ahmed Khalil, but great defence from Hamza Mathlouti stopped them from increasing their lead.
Then just after the hour mark substitute Mohamed Ali Moncer supplied Wahbi Khazri who fired home an equaliser from close range.
Six minutes later Tunisia took the lead when Yassine Chikhaoui beat Mauritania goalkeeper Brahim Souleimane.
