Thanks for joining us today on Sunday, 27 November 2016 as AfricanFootball.com brought you another edition of Africa Stars Watch as we took a look at Africa’s finest players plying their trade in top football leagues across the globe.

AS IT HAPPENED:

20h26 - Salomon Kalou's Hertha Berlin have beaten Leon Balogun's Mainz 2-1 in the German Bundesliga.

20h25 - A goal from Diafra Sakho has earned West Ham a share of the spoils as they draw 1-1 against Manchester United in the English Premier League. Also in England, Yannick Bolasie and Idrissa Gueye's Everton have lost 1-0 to Southampton.

20h10 - Ghana's Andre Ayew has come on as a substitute for West Ham against Manchester United in the English Premier League. It is still 1-1.

20h00 - Salomon Kalou's Hertha Berlin have taken a 2-1 lead against Leon Balogun's Mainz in the German Bundesliga.

19h50 - Younes Belhanda and Jean Michael Seri's Nice have drawn 1-1 against Thievy Bifouma, Abdoulaye Keita and Mehdi Mostefa's Bastia in the French Ligue 1.

19h30 - Manchester United are drawing 1-1 with West Ham while Everton are still losing 1-0 against Southampton. Nice are drawing 1-1 with Bastia while Hertha Berlin are drawing 1-1 against Mainz.

19h20 - Thievy Bifouma, Abdoulaye Keita and Mehdi Mostefa's Bastia have equalised against Nice in the French Ligue 1. It is 1-1.

19h10 - Salomon Kalou's Hertha Berlin have equalised against Leon Balogun's Mainz in the German Bundesliga. The game is locked at 1-1.

19h00 - Leon Balogun's Mainz have taken a 1-0 against Salomon Kalou's Hertha Berlin in the German Bundesliga.

18h50 - Manchester United have equalised against West Ham in the English Premier League, 1-1.

18h45 - No change in any of the English Premier League games underway involving Africans. West Ham still lead 1-0 against Man United thanks to a goal from Diafra Sakho. Yannick Bolasie and Idrissa Gueye's Everton still trail 1-0 against Southampton.

18h33 - It is the perfect start for West Ham as Diafra Sakho finds the back of the net to give them a 1-0 lead against Manchester United in the English Premier League.

18h32 - Southampton have scored an early goal and lead 1-0 against Yannick Bolasie and Idrissa Gueye's Everton in the English Premier League.

18h31 - One German Bundesliga game is getting underway. Salomon Kalou (Cote d'Ivoire) is in the starting XI for Hertha Berlin against Mainz who have Leon Balogun (Nigeria) in their run-on team.

18h30 - Two English Premier League games are getting underway. Cheikhou Kouyate and Diafra Sakho (both Senegal) are in the starting XI for West Ham against Manchester United. Yannick Bolasie (DRC) and Idrissa Gueye (Senegal) are in the starting XI for Everton against Southampton.

18h13 - Younes Belhanda and Jean Michael Seri's Nice have taken a 1-0 lead against Bastia in the French Ligue 1. Alessane Plea has scored have being put through on goal by Seri.

18h10 - Mohamed Elneny's Arsenal have beaten Bournemouth 3-1 in the English Premier League.

18h05 - Younes Belhanda (Morocco) and Jean Michael Seri (Cote d'Ivoire) a have started for Nice in their French Ligue 1 match against Bastia who have Thievy Bifouma (DRC), Abdoulaye Keita (Mali) and Mehdi Mostefa (Algeria) in their run-on team.

18:00 - It is almost over in the EPL where Elneny stars for the Gunners. they are cruising to a 2-1 win over Bournemouth. Iwobi is not seeing game time today. Less than five minutes remaining in the tie. Mbengue's St Etienne have won 2-1 in France over Angers. Moting's Schake still lead Darmstadt 2-1 with 14 minutes to go.

17:50 - Chouppo-Moting's Schalke have scored another goal making it 2-1 against Darmstadt in the German Bundesliga. 2-1 with less than 30 minutes remaining

17:45 - Mbengue's St Etienne have made it 2-1 in France against Diedhou's Angers. Four minutes to go to full time.

17:35 - Serero's Ajax has won the Dutch Eredivisie match over Heerenveen. 1-0 full time score.

17:30 - There are two goals in the EPL between Arsenal and Bournemouth. 2-1 to Arsenal. Elneny is in action whilst Alex Iwobi remains on the bench. St Etienne are still deadlocked at 1-1 against Angers in the French Ligue1.

17:15 - Angers and St Etienne are back for the second stanza. No changes yet in the scoreline. Darmstadt and Schalke are still locked at 1-1 at half time.

17:05 - It is 1-1 in the German Bundesliga between Schalke 04 and Darmstadt. Cameroon's Maxim Choupo-Moting starts for Schalke. South Africa's Thulani Serero remains absent for Ajax Amsterdam as they face Heerenveen in the Dutch Eredivisie, Ajax leading 1-0.

16:55 - five minutes to the interval in the EPL between Elneny's Arsenal. The score remains 1-1 against Bournemouth.

16:50 - It is half time in France between Angers and St Etienne. 1-0 to Angers.

16:40 - Bournemouth have received a penalty and are now equal. 1-1 as Wilson Callum converts from the spot kick.

16:30 - Alexis Sanchez puts Arsenal ahead against Watford. It's 13 minutes in the match.

16:25 - Diedhou's Angers have found the back of the net in France as they host Mbengue's St Etienne. 1-0 so far with 24 minutes in the

16:15 - The English Premier League tie between Elneny's Gunners and Bournemouth is underway.

16:10 - Cameroon's Cheickh Mbengue starts for St Etienne in the French Ligue1​ as they face Angers. No goals yet. In the other camp, Senegalese international, Famara Diedhou

15:52 - Egyptian international, Mohammed Elneny starts for Arsenal against Bournemouth. The match starts at 16:15. Watford are down to 10-man now with Miguel Angel Britos Cabrera shown a re card. It is almost over as the match is now in the injury time.

15:35 - Watford are up against Stoke City. Score is 1-0 in favour of the Stoke. Algeria's Adlene Guedioura is benched by Watford.
