Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Jackson Mabokgwane has apologised to the Pirates family and supporters for his error on Tuesday night.
The Bafana Bafana international goalkeeper misjudged Lantshene Phalane's pass into the box which resulted in a goal to hand Bloemfontein Celtic a 2-1 win.
The Absa Premiership loss at Orlando Stadium was a bitter pill to swallow for the Sea Robbers' faithful.

However, the 28-year-old net minder spoke to the Times Media Digital to issue his apology to the club and the die hard supporters.
"I'd like to officially offer my sincere apologies to the Pirates family‚ chairman (Irvin Khoza)‚ my colleagues‚ management‚ technical team and supporters for the error I committed in our match against Celtics‚" Mabokgwane told Times Media Digital.
"Words can't express the pain I caused for everyone.
"I own up to the loss and promise not to let them down again in that manner."
The Soweto giants will now take the break and regroup for their 2017 league match against Platinum Stars at Royal Bafokeng Stadium on Wednesday night, February 08.
