According to information from Swaziland, Royal Leopard will be without midfielder Xolani Sikhondze for their CAF Champions League second leg in Kinshasa.
The Swazi giants are out to get a win following their 1-0 loss to AS Vita at home last weekend and will be crippled following the absence of Sikhondze due to an undisclosed illness.
It is reported that the ex-Manzini Wanderers player missed the first leg on Saturday due to an undisclosed illness.
Leopard are set to leave the country on Thursday for Kinshasa and Leopard PRO Frank Hurube said the team will be travelling with the same 16 players that were selected for the first leg played last Saturday at Somhlolo National Stadium.

“He is doubtful for the trip and he did not make it on Saturday during the first leg match. All the players who played on Saturday are injury free and we are confident that they will give the team positive results,” said Hurube.
“We have been to DR Congo before and we are aware of the situation there. We were unlucky on Saturday when we conceded the goal from a corner kick, otherwise we are still a better side.”
Coach Sifiso Ntibane added that the player was not available to play and the doctors were doing their best to have him ready for the game, but they were running out of time.
“We have a big squad and we believe in our players. Losing 0-1 here at home still gives us a chance of getting positive results away,” confirmed the coach.
“We will be all out to win the second leg match in DR Congo and the players are eager to make the country proud.”
