According to Italian media outlet Calciomercato, Roma would consider selling Egyptian Mohamed Salah for a big transfer fee.
The Pharaohs player has further underlined what a key man he is for Roma in recent days, scoring a brace of goals in a 3-2 win over Lazio in the Coppa Italia (though Roma lost the tie on aggregate) after being named the club’s player of the month for March.
The capital city side has been looking to tie down the future of other key players, with the likes of Radja Nainggolan and Kevin Strootman being tempted with new offers to stay in the Eternal City.
Salah’s future is also the subject of scrutiny, with Roma reportedly prepared to sell the player for a fee of 40-million euros, as per Calciomercato.
The Egyptian, who has scored 10 goals in 23 Serie A appearances this season, is reportedly a major transfer target for Internazionale.
