22h00 - We conclude this evening's coverage with news of the final scores in France's Ligue 1: Prince Oniangue’s Bastia have beaten Rennes 1-0, Digbo Maiga’s Saint-Etienne won 2-0 at Guingamp, Ismaila Sarr and Opa Nguette scored the goals as Metz won 2-1 at home to Nancy, Ryad Boudebouz’s Montpellier were whipped 3-0 at home by Lille and Nantes won 1-0 at home to Benjamin Moukandjo’s Lorient.

21h45 - Digbo Maiga's Saint-Etienne have a 2-0 lead away to Guingamp and Prejuce Nakoulma's Nancy lead Lorient 1-0 as the Ligue 1 matches enter their final minutes.

21h35 - Half time in Italy and Spain, where Afriyie Acquah's Torino are 1-0 down at home to Sampdoria and Barcelona are being held 0-0 at Pape Diop's Espanyol.

21h25 - Prince Oniangue's Bastia have taken a 1-0 lead at home to Rennes in Ligue 1.

21h20 - Digbo Maiga's Saint-Etienne have taken a 1-0 lead away to Guingamp in the latest Ligue 1 goal.

21h15 - Lille have gone 2-0 up away to Ryad Boudebouz's Montpellier and they've also brought Yves Bissouma in off the bench, while Metz have gone 2-1 up against Nancy thanks to a goal from Opa Nguette.

21h00 - Fifteen minutes played in Serie A, where Afriyie Acquah's Torino are 1-0 down at home to Sampdoria.

20h50 - Half time in France's Ligue 1, here are the scores at the break: Bastia 0-0 Rennes, Guingamp 0-0 Saint-Etienne, Metz 1-1 Nancy, Montpellier 0-1 Lille and Nantes 0-0 Lorient.

20h45 - Nancy are back on level terms at 1-1 against Metz, with Faitout Maouassa cancelling out Ismaila Sarr's opener.

20h40 - In five  minutes we'll have a Serie A clash between Torino and Sampdoria, which sees Afriyie Acquah start for the former, as well as a La Liga clash between Espanyol and Barcelona - the former have Pape Diop on their bench.

20h30 - Ismaila Sarr has scored to put Metz 1-0 up against Nancy in France's Ligue 1.

20h25 - Done and dusted in the Premier League, where Wilf Zaha's  Palace lost 2-0 at home to Burnley, while in Spain Thomas Partey's goal helped Atletico Madrid to an emphatic 5-0 win over Las Palmas (who had KP Boateng sent off).

20h20 - Wilfried Zaha's Crystal Palace have gone 2-0 down at home to Burnley, it's going to be a disappointing loss for the Ivorian and his Eagles teammates.

20h15 - The first goal in Ligue 1 action sees Lille take a 1-0 lead away to Ryad Boudebouz's Montpellier.

20h05 - Thomas Partey has come off the bench for Atletico and scored to make it 4-0 against Las Palmas in La Liga!

19h55 - From bad to worse for Kevin-Prince Boateng, who has received a second yellow card and has been sent off for Las Palmas.

19h50 - Past the hour mark in La Liga and the Premier League, where Kevin-Prince Boateng's Las Palmas remain 3-0 down against Atletico and Wilfried Zaha's Palace are still 1-0 behind against Burnley.

19h45 - Wrapping up team news for Ligue 1: Montpellier feature Ryad Boudebouz, Steve Mounie and Stephane Sessegnon in their XI for the visit of Lille, who have Yves Bissouma and Naim Sliti on their bench; and Nantes v Lorient sees Yacine Bammou, Koffi Djidji and Prejuce Nakoulma start for the former, while Benjamin Moukandjo and Majeed Waris feature for the latter.

19h35 - More team news from the upcoming Ligue 1 matches: Lassana Coulibaly, Abdoulaye Keita and Prince Oniangue start for Bastia at home to Rennes, who feature Ramy Bensebaini, Mexer and Giovanni Sio in their XI; and Guingamp v Saint-Etienne sees Jordan Ikoko start for the former, while Digbo Maiga features for the latter.

19h25 - Our first piece of team news from five Ligue 1 matches kicking off at 20h00 sees Benoit Assou-Ekotto, Fallou Diagne, Cheick Doukoure, Cheick Diabate, Opa Nguette and Ismaila Sarr start for Metz at home to Nancy, who feature Mickael Chretien, Issiar Dia and Guy N’Dy Assembe in their XI.

19h20 - At the interval in the Bundesliga it's Wolfsburg 0-3 Bayern, Wilfried Zaha's Crystal Palace trail 1-0 at home to Burnley in the Premier League and Kevin-Prince Boateng's Las Palmas remain 3-0 down at home to Atletico Madrid.

19h15 - Approaching half time in our matches in England, Spain and Germany.

19h00 - We've reached full time in France, where Nabil Dirar's Monaco defeated Toulouse 3-1 at home.

18h50 - Not a great game for Kevin-Prince Boateng so far: his Las Palmas are now 3-0 down at home to Atletico and he has picked up a yellow card.  In the Premier League, Wilf Zaha's Palace are 1-0 down at home to Burnley.

18h40 - An early goal in Spain, where Kevin-Prince Boateng's Las Palmas have gone 1-0 down at home to Atletico Madrid. In France, Nabil Dirar has provided an assist for Monaco to go 3-1 up against Toulouse.

18h30 - Kick-off in the English Premier League clash between Crystal Palace and Burnley. Wilfried Zaha starts for the Eagles. In France, Monaco have taken the lead, 2-1 up against Toulouse now.

18h20 - No African's involved in the German Bundesliga clash between Wolfsburg and champions Bayern Munich. In Spain, Kevin-Prince Boateng's Las Palmas take on Atletico Madrid - the Ghana midfielder starts.

18h10 - Nabil Dirar's Monaco hit straight back and it's 1-1 with 40 minutes remaining.

18h05 - Doumbia's Toulouse have taken the lead at Monaco with the league leaders now chasing the game - good news for Serge Aurier's PSG.

18h00 - Full-Time in the English Premier League: Stoke City 0-0 West Ham United, Southampton 0-0 Hull City, Sunderland 0-1 Bournemouth and West Brom 0-1 Leicester City.

17h55 - Valencia have pulled level in their clash against Real Madrid, only for Marcelo to score as Los Blancos retake the lead!

17h50 - Heartbreak as Sunderland are relegated to the English Championship. Sad day for Pienaar, Kone, Anichebe and Co.

17h45 - King has scored for Bournemouth and as things stand Sunderland will be relegated to the English Championship. Heartbreak at the death for Pienaar and Co?

SAVE! Tadic denied from the penalty spot and as it remains Southampton 0-0 Hull City, not good news for the Black Cats.

17h35 - Wilfried Zaha starts for Crystal Palace who are at home to Burnley at Selhurst Park. Sako and Schlupp on the bench for the Eagles.

17h25 - Ronaldo has failed in his attempt to double Real Madrid's lead as he is denied from 12 yards. Still Los Blancos lead Valencia 1-0.

17h20 - Full-Time results in the German Bundesliga: Mainz 1-2 Monchengladbach; Darmstadt 3-0 Freiburg; Borussia Dortmund 0-0 Koln; RP Leipzig 0-0 Ingolstadt; Werder Bremen 2-0 Hertha Berlin

17h10 - Still no further goals in the English Premier League. Steven Pienaar's Sunderland will be relegated if the fail to match Hull City's result this afternoon. Benik Afobe and Pienaar have both been substituted int he clash against the Cherries.

16h55 - Half-Time scores in the English Premier League: Stoke City 0-0 West Ham United, Southampton 0-0 Hull City, Sunderland 0-0 Bournemouth and West Brom 0-1 Leicester City.

Andre Ayew unlucky not have scored for the Hammers as he was brilliantly denied by Jack Butland in the opening stanza.

16h45 - Cristiano Ronaldo with an early goal as Real Madrid go 1-0 up against Valencia.

16h40 - Riyad Mahrez' Leicester City have taken the lead with Jamie Vardy hitting the back of the net for the Foxes.

16h30 - Moroccan international Nabil Dirar starts  for French Ligue 1 leaders Monaco, who are at home to Toulouse. Mali's Doumbia starts for the visitors.

16h20 - Gabon forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang involved from the onset for Borussia Dortmund who are at home to Koln in the German Bundesliga.

16h05 - Lamine Sane's Werder Bremen with an early 2-0 lead as they go in search of victory over Kalou's Hertha Berlin.

15h55 - Also plenty of on-going action in the German Bundesliga, while Real Madrid take on Valencia in the Spanish La Liga:  Abdennour misses out with a leg injury.

15h50 - Moreover,  Andre Ayew and Kouyate start for the Hammers who go up against the Potters. Diouf, Sobhi and Feghouli are all on the bench. The champions Foxes will be seeking to secure their spot in the top-flight with victory over West Brom who boast Nyom in the starting 11. Benalouane, Ndidi and Riyad Mahrez involved from the onset for Leicester.

15h45 - Elsewhere, Boufal and Southampton host a Hull City seeking a rare away win. Elmohamady, N'Diaye and Niasse all start for the Tigers.

15h40 - Sunderland who start with Anichebe, Kone, Pienaar, Khazri and Ndong could be relegated today. They take on Max Gradel's Bournemouth - he starts on the bench for the Cherries.

15h35 - No fewer than four English Premier League games kick-off at 4pm: Stoke City vs West Ham United, Southampton vs Hull City, Sunderland vs Bournemouth and West Brom vs Leicester City.

15h30 - No fewer that four Africans started the game for Granada in a 2-1 defeat away to Real Sociedad in the Spanish La Liga. Agbo (Nigeria), Angban (Ivory Coast), Hongla (Cameroon) and Malle (Mali) all involved from the onset.
