Ahead of their CAF Champions League group stage encounter against Al Ahly, Zanaco coach Munamba Numba says he wants a draw.
The Zambian Super League side are out to meet the Red Devils in Egypt this weekend and the manager anticipates a tough encounter.
Both teams were drawn in group D alongside Morocco’s Wydad Casablanca and Cameroon’s Coton Sport.

“Our target is to at least get a draw since we are playing away, but this does not mean that we are going to sit back and defend,” said Numba.
“We will go out and push for goals and try to win the match.
“We are facing an experienced side in Al Ahly; they are a good side but we’re ready for this mission.
“We will be very happy if we can come back from Egypt with something to show for our efforts.”
Numba’s men are motivated after bagging their Zambian League win over Nakambala Leopards in the fifth round and the manager believes they will be in high spirits.
“This victory against Nakambala Leopards is a morale-booster. It is important to have confidence when you are travelling for CAF games,” Numba concluded.
Meanwhile, CAF has announced that the 2017 Glo CAF Referee of the Year, Bakary Gassama, will officiate in the match in Alexandria.
