Ghana head coach Kwesi Appiah has omitted four key players from the Black Stars squad.

The tactician is set to prepare Ghana for the upcoming 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against Ethiopia in Kumasi on the 11th of June 2017.

The Black Stars will also travel to the United States of America (U.S.A) for a date with Mexico in Houston, Texas, on (28 June) and the U.S.A in Connecticut (1 July).

Christian Atsu, Mubarak Wakaso, Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu as well as Razak Brimah were omitted from the squad by Appiah, who was re-appointed last month.

However, Jordan Ayew, Andre Ayew, Frank Acheampong and Asamoah Gyan are all part of the Black Stars squad ahead of the Group F encounter with Ethiopia.
