Commentary:

20:25 - It is over in the EPL between Toure's Manchester City and Brighton and Hove Albion FC. City win their opening 2017/18 match 2-0.

20:10 - Senegal's Souleymane Camara starts for Montpellier in France against Issiaga Sylla's (Guinea) Toulouse as he starts on the bench. There are no goals yet in the French Ligue1 match.

Toure's City have doubled their lead, 2-0 through an own goal.


20:00 - Sergio Aguero breaks the deadlock for the visitors. 1-0 to Toure's City with 20 minutes to go.

19:55 - Burkina Faso show resilience and makes it 2-2 against Ghana with injury time left to play.

19:50 - The Black Stars of Ghana have doubled their lead, 2-1, against the Burkinabe and the match has only four minutes to go

19:35 - We are back in the EPL and Toure is not introduced yet by manager, Pep Guardiola as they continue to look for their first goal in the 2017/18 season.

19:30 - In the 2018 CHAN Qualifiers: South Africa drew 2-2 against Zambia, Cameroon drew 0-0 against Sao Tome, Uganda beat Rwanda 3-0.

Mauritania are facing Mali (0-0) and Burkina Faso are up against Ghana where it is 1-1 so far.

19:20 - It is half time in England. Manchester City 0-0 Brighton & Hove.

19:13 - After 42 minutes of action, there are no goals at Amex Stadium where Yaya Toure's City battle Brighton and Hove Albion FC in the English Premier League.


19:00 - Njie's Marseille have claimed a 1-0 in over Awazie and Djidji's Nantes in France. There are no goals in England as City's is disallowed for a foul on Brighton keeper.

18:44 - City aiming for an early goal against the EPL newcomers. However, no goals in the first 10 minutes. The same can be said in France between Nantes and Marseille, with seven minutes to go.

18:30 - There are no goals in the French Ligue1 encounter between Njie's Marseille and Awaziem's Nantes. The match is in the final stages with 20 minutes to go.

18:19 - Cote d'Ivoire's Toure Yaya is benched for their English Premier League opener against Brighton. The match is set to start at 18:30.

18:07 - We are back on the field of play in France as Njie leads Marseille against Awaziem's Nantes. No goals as yet.

18:00 - Aubameyang's Dortmund has also clinched a 4-0 win over FC Riesalingen-Arlen in the DFB Pokal Cup. The Gabonese international has scored a hat-trick.

17:55 - It is full time in the EPL: Boufal's Southampton have drawn against Swansea City. Rooney's goal has handed Gueye's Everton a 1-0 win over Stoke City. Zaha's Palace have lost 3-0 to Kachunga's Huddersfield. On the other hand, the champions, Chelsea have lost 3-2 to Burnley. Hegazy's West Brom have also claimed a 1-0 win against Bournemouth.

17:40 - Huddersfield are running riot over Zaha's Palace. they are now leading 3-0 with 10 minutes to go.

17:35 - Aubameyang has completed his brace against in Germany against FC Riesalingen-Arlen in the DFB Pokal Cup. He has netted three times in their 4-0 lead.

17:28 - There are no second half goals in the English Premier League so far. Chelsea have just scored, they are trailing Burnley by 3-1. West Brom lead Bounemouth 1-0. Huddersfield enjoy a 2-0 lead over Palace. Everton still lead 1-0 against Stoke and Southampton deadlocked at 0-0 against Swansea.

17:20 - Moses' Chelsea putting Burnley under pressure as they are chasing their first goal in the new 2017/18 EPL season. 3-0 the score to Burnley.

17:00 - Cote d'Ivoire's Djidji and Nigerian international, Awaziem are in action for Nantes against Cameroon's Njie who stars for Marseille. The match has kicked off. We are also back in the EPL: Chelsea 0-3 Burnley.

16:55 - In France, Nantes are up against Olympique Marseille. Koffi Djidji and Chidozie Awaziem are featured for Nantes whilst Clinton Njie starts for Marseille and Bouna Sarr from Guinea is benched. The match gets underway in five minutes time.

16:49 - Victor Moses' Chelsea struggling to close down Burnley. It is now 3-0 at half time. Ekachong's Huddersfield are still leading Zaha's Palace 1-0 whilst Hegazy's goal has made the difference for West Brom against Bournemouth. Gueye's Everton have just bagged a lead through Wayne Rooney.

It is half time in the English Premier League.

16:36 - Nyom's West Brom have opened the scoring through Egyptian international, Ahmed Hegazy. It is 1-0 against Bournemouth.

16:30 - Kachunga's Huddersfield have doubled their lead through Aaron Mooy against Zaha's Crystal Palace. 2-0 after 30 minutes.

16:26 - Cameroon's Allan Nyom is in action for West Brom against Bournemouth. There are no goals in the tie as well. Kachunga's Huddersfield have scored against Palace. 1-0. Burnley have also scored against the Champions, Chelsea. 1-0.

16:20 - Zaha's Palace also fighting to get an early goal against a stubborn Huddersfield. 20 minutes played so far.

16:15 - 15 minutes played in the EPL, the champions are yet to find the back of the net against Burnley. Skipper Gary Cahill is red carded. Chelsea down to 10 men.

16:08 - Moses' Chelsea gets the proceedings underway at Stamford Bridge whilst Southampton are up against Swansea. The other match where Zaha tackles Kachunga (Place v Huddersfield), the match is also underway. No goals in all the games so far.

16:00 - Senegalese international, Idrissa Gueye is in action for Everton as they host Stoke City. He faces his countryman in Mame Diouf whilst Erick Choupo-Moting from Cameroon is benched. Match underway.

16:00 - Nigerian international, Victor Moses is missing for Chelsea's English Premier League opener against Burnley. He is serving suspension. The defending champions will get their match underway at 16:00 (CAT) at home.

DRC's Elias Kachunga is in action for Huddersfield against Crystal Palace as he faces Cote d'Ivoire's Wilfried Zaha. The match also kicks-off at 16:00 (CAT).

Moroccan international, Sofiane Boufal starts on the bench for Southampton at home to Swansea City, also getting underway at 16:00 (CAT).
