Ahead of their 2018 World Cup qualifier away to Congo, Ghana have altered their travel plans and will fly out of the capital Accra today.
The Black Stars originally planned to take a chartered flight to Brazzaville on Sunday. However, that idea was shelved following the teams’ first match in Kumasi on Friday.
The Group E clash finished 1-1, handing Ghana a major blow in their hopes of qualifying for Russia 2018.
James Kwesi Appiah’s side are placed third on the log on just two points, five and four points adrift of leaders Uganda and Egypt respectively.
The Black Stars will now fly out on Monday and train at the Kintele Municipal Stadium ahead of the match tomorrow.
The Congo v Ghana match on Tuesday afternoon will kick-off at 16h30. The visitors are set to be without captain Asamoah Gyan, while attacking midfielder Andre Ayew is also a doubt.
