Zesco United will be chasing a win at home as they have their sights firmly set on booking a pot in the CAF Confederation Cup semi-finals.
The Zambian Super League side will welcome South African Premier Soccer League outfit, SuperSport United on Saturday.
With both sides having played to a dull goalless draw in the first leg, this clash is set to be a thriller as both giants are chasing a win at all costs.
Coach Zlatko Krmpotic will have to ensure his men are ready to dispatch their South African counterparts especially in front of their home fans.
Fresh from a 3-0 loss against Lumwana Radiants, Zesco will be gunning for a win to return to winning ways to reach the last four of the tournament.
Shifting focus to the Eric Tinkler-coached side, United also drew their league game 1-1 against Chippa United on Tuesday night.
Coming to this one, their mission is to emulate Mamelodi Sundowns and beat their hosts as they want to book a spot in the next round.
Although this encounter might not be easy in Ndola, Tinkler is experienced when it comes to continental football having led Orlando Pirates to the final of the same competition in 2015.
“We are going to Zambia, the focus turns to that game. It is massive game for us and we are working on our finishing, intensity because that is what in our games against Zesco and Chippa United,” said Tinkler.
“We changed formations, we have to keep working on these things and that is work in progress.”
The CAF Confederation Cup quarter-final match will be staged at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium on Saturday. Kick-off is at 15:00 (CAT).
