Alex Ngonga scored a brace to propel Power Dynamos to the first round of the 2015 CAF Confederation Cup.
The striker scored in each half to hand Power a 2-0 home win over Al Khartoum at Arthur Davies Stadium in Kitwe on Sunday.
Power advanced to the first round 2-1 on aggregate to overturn a 1-0 loss suffered on February 14 away in Sudan.
Ngonga put Power ahead in the 19th minute when he side-stepped his marker to put Power 1-0 into the break.
Power continued to push for the vital second goal after the break and they came close to adding a second goal in the 74th minute when Julius Situmbeko long-range shot was saved by Al Khartoum goalkeeper Mohamed Abdallah.
Seven minutes later, midfielder Richard Kasonde goal-bound effort was cleared off the line by Nimar Salah.
Power killed off the game two minutes into stoppage time when they won a penalty after Nagm Abdelgabar handled the ball.
Ngonga then stepped up to successfully convert the penalty to send Power to the first round that kicks off on March 13.
