It should have been 2-1 to Germany a minute into the second-half, but Guinea goalkeeper Mohamed Camara made a brilliant save to deny Nikolas Kuhn.
However, Camara was beaten by Kuhn, who scored with a low shot after bursting into the Guinea box - making it 2-1 to Germany in the 62nd minute.
Djibril Sylla, an attack-minded player, was introduced by the Guinea coach Souleymane Camara as the Junior Elephants searched for another equalizing goal.
However, Germany sat back and they launched counter attacks in the closing stages of the match. The Euproeans were awarded a late penalty after Jessic Ngankam was fouled in the box.
