Power Dynamos coach Tennant Chilumba says newboy defender Billy Mutale is still a work in progress.

The 23-year-old central defender moved from Nchanga Rangers to Power this season on a permanent move.

Mutale has gone on to produced some impressive displays in Power’s defence so far in their last three games where he has formed a promising partnership with Zambia international Nyambe Mulenga.

"So far, so good but he is still lacking experience," Chilumba told AfriicaFootball.com.

"He is making mistakes but of course he is learning by playing along side a senior player like Nyambe.

"But I think with more games to come, the more games he will be a better defender."

Power have so far conceded just one goal after three rounds of matches played in the 2014 FAZ Super Division scoring 12 goals while possessing a one hundred percent start to the season and enjoy a two-point lead on nine points.
