Absa Premiership Lesley Manyathela Golden Boot winner Moeketsi Sekola has told AfricanFootball.com that he will be at Free State Stars next season, amid reported interest from Absa Premiership champions Kaizer Chiefs.

The Bafana Bafana striker scored 14 goals during the 2014/2015 Absa Premiership season, one more than good friend Lerato Lamola of Bloemfontein Celtic.

Sekola's superb showing for Ea Lla Koto has attracted growing interest from the Amakhosi among others, but the 26-year-old explained that he will be plying his trade in Bethlehem next season.

"The be honest with you, I am still a Free State Stars player as we are speaking now, even next season I will be wearing the red and white Free State Stars jersey," Sekola told AfricanFootball.com

"Yes I will still be there [at Free State Stars]. "

Furthermore, the Stars striker nominated his goal against Siwelele earlier this month as his personal goal of the season.

"The goal I scored against Bloemfontein Celtic away, for me was the best goal I scored. That one was top class," Sekola added.
