The in-form marksman has scored four goals for the Brave Warriors as they reached the 2015 Cosafa Cup final - he currently tops the goal scoring charts.

Namibia battle Mozambique for the Southern African crown in Rustenburg on Saturday. African Football understands that several PSL clubs are monitoring his progress.

The 23-year-old enjoyed a fruitful season for Gaborone United in Botswana's top flight, scoring the winner as 'the Reds' claimed the Mascom Top 8 title with a 2-1 win over Township Rollers.

Gaborone United Secretary General, Hebert Letsebe told the Botswana Premier League official website that they will not deny their young stars to move across the boarder. Letsebe though has revealed that they have received no offers as yet.

Shilongo has two more years on his current deal.

“Our policy is to keep the youngsters for a long time. Mpho Kgaswane is in his first season with us and he is on five years. Namibian striker, Benson Shilongo also has three years and only played this past season,” Letsebe told BPL web.

“We will be very happy to have players going to better teams outside Botswana. We haven’t received any formal offers, but we will be willing to negotiate with whoever is interested in our boys,” Letsebe added.

Letsebe also confirmed that Ofentse Nato will return to India to play for Atletico de Kolkata with who he won Indian Super League title last year.
