Dieudonne Gbakle of Mali celebrates his side's second goal against Ghana

Mali have booked a spot in the 2015 FIFA U-20 World Cup quarterfinals after crushing Ghana 3-0 in Wellington on Wednesday.
Goals from Diadie Samassekou, Dieudonne Gbakle and Aboubacar Doumbia took the Young Eagles to a convincing victory.
They will face either Nigeria or Germany in a last eight clash on Sunday in Christchurch.
Mali settled the quicker of the two teams, but Ghana had the first notable effort on goal, with Samuel Tetteh’s shot from the edge of the box well saved by Djigui Diarra in the 12th
However, the Young Eagles claimed the lead in the 20th
minute when Diadie Samassekou produced a perfect strike from the edge of the box to beat Lawrence Ati and put his team in the ascendancy.
Ghana had a chance to equalise late in the first half through Emmanuel Boateng, but Djigui Diarra came up with another fine save.
The second half saw Mali run away with the match, as they made it 2-0 through Dieudonne Gbakle’s excellent solo effort which went in via the crossbar in the 53rd
Another great individual effort from Aboubacar Doumbia in the 82nd
minute wrapped up the scoring for the Young Eagles.
