Tottenham Hotspur have made an £8 million offer for Nigeria international Victor Moses, according to media reports.
The 24-year-old winger spent last season on loan at Stoke City, where he posted a decent showing which got the club manager Mark Hughes to consider having him on permanent basis, but that now looks to have hit the rocks.
Moses scored four goals in 23 appearances in all competitions for Hughes’ men last term, prompting Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochetinno to make an offer for the Nigeria international despite Spurs being Chelsea’s arch-rivals, according to Daily Mirror of UK.
The player is currently in Montreal, Canada, for pre-season training with Chelsea.
