Zamalek to cover Rudy Ndey's medical costs

Egyptian giants Zamalek have revealed that they will cover the medical costs of an operation for AC Leopards striker Rudy Bhebey Ndey.

Ndey suffered serious injury in the Congo club's 2-0 defeat to Zamalek in Cairo on Sunday, going down hard on his head following a clash with the White Knights goalkeeper.

The 29-year-old will reportedly spend the next three days in intensive care following successful surgery.

Zamalek announced via their official twitter account that they will be covering Ndey's medical costs:

Leopards were on the verge of dropping out of this year's CAF Confederation Cup sighting insufficient funds.
