Zamalek players celebrate

A brace from Ahmed Hammoudi heled Zamalek to a 3-1 win over CS Sfaxien in CAF Confederations Cup, Group B match at the Stade Taieb Mhiri on Sunday.
The win insures that Zamalek have qualified for the semifinals of the competition as they top Group B with 12 points, ahead of Orlando Pirates on goal difference while AC Leopards are in third with four points and CS Sfaxien are last with one point.
The first half saw both teams struggling for rhythm and unable to create chance sin front of goal which saw the half end 0-0
The second half was a different affair and saw Mahmoud Kahraba open the scoring for Zamalek in the 54th minute.
Their lead, though, was short-lived as Ali Maaloul equalised from the penalty spot in the 63rd minute.
Zamalek took the lead for the second time in 80th minute courtesy of a penalty goal from Ahmed Hammoudi, 2-1.
The Egyptian side made certain of the win in injury time with another clinical finish from Hammoudi, 3-1.
