Zambia will be favourites to get the job done and book their place at the 2016 African Nations Championship (CHAN) following a convincing first-leg win over Southern zone rivals Mozambique in Ndola.
Chipolopolo head to Maputo with a 3-0 advantage and should they hold their nerve on Sunday they will confirm their place at the showpiece in Rwanda
The CHAN finals will take place from 16 January to 7 February 2016.
Mozambique frustrated Zambia for most of the game last weekend, but a 12 minute blitz, starting in the 77th minute of the game, put the 2012 African Cup of Nations champions in the driving seat.
Winston Kalengo opened the floodgates before Conlyde Luchanga and Spencer Sautu added their names to the score sheet.
Zambia are now likely to advance to their first championship since the inaugural event in the Ivory Coast six years ago, where they finished as bronze medal winners.
The Mambas qualified for the CHAN tournament in South Africa last year, falling out at the group stages.
Kick-off at the Estádio da Machava in the Mozambique capital is set for 15h00.
