Togo coach Tom Saintfiet has named a 25-man squad to face Tunisia in this month’s back-to-back 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Belgian trainer included striker Emmanuel Adebayor in his list of selected players but the Crystal Palace man has refused to return to the Hawks set up.
Olympique Marseille player Alaixys Romao makes a return to the squad after missing last November’s 2018 World Cup qualifier against Uganda.
Goalkeeper Agassa Kossi, who plays for Stade Reims, has been invited after missing their opening two matches.
Togo travel to the Stade Olympique de Rades to play the Carthage Eagles on 25 March and will host the return leg four days later at the Stade de Kégue.
The Hawks top Group A with six points after opening wins over Djibouti and Liberia.
