Borussia Dortmund star striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang put his side ahead in their 3-0 home win over Tottenham on Thursday, in the first leg of their UEFA Europa League round of 16 tie.
The Gabon international had a goal ruled out for an offside position on 15 minutes, before heading home his eighth goal of the competition to give the hosts the lead on the half-an-hour mark.
German star Marco Reus added to the misery of Spurs with a second-half brace to seal a 3-0 victory for Dortmund, who will be looking to finish the job at White Hart Lane next Thursday.
Substituted with eight minutes remaining, Aubameyang has now scored 32 goals from 37 appearances for the Yellow and Black through all competitions this season.
And the 26-year-old, who landed at Signal Iduna Park from French Ligue 1 outfit Saint-Etienne in July 2013, is heavily linked with a summer move to Spanish giants Real Madrid.
