Zambian giants Nkana FC's impressive four-match winning streak in the 2016 FAZ Super Division came to a halt over the weekend.

The Red Devils were held to a 1-1 stalemate by Lusaka Tigers in a league match played at the Independence Stadium in Lusaka on Sunday.

Austin Muwowo put Nkana into the lead on the 20th minute, but his Red Devils teammate Walter Bwalya restored parity with a late own goal.

However, Nkana are still sitting at the top of the FAZ Super Division standings having accumulated 13 points from five matches.

Second-placed Nchanga Rangers, who are based in Chingola, have accumulated nine points thus far in the new 2016 campaign.

Lastly, newly promoted side Tigers currently find themselves placed third on the league standings having accumulated eight points. CLICK HERE TO VISIT AFRICAN FOOTBALL ZAMBIA
