The big, power-playing striker is now on same goals’ tally with Chris Wondolowski of San Jose Earthquakes.
Adi, who has previously featured in Denmark, Slovakia and Ukraine, scored in the 18th minute on Sunday to give his team a 1-0 lead.
Last season, he scored 18 goals to help Portland Timbers clinch an historic MLS championship.
His goals earned him a call-up by Nigeria for the recent AFCON qualifiers against Egypt, but he has yet to make his international debut.
