The 19-year-old winger has sparingly featured for the Reds this season, but has impressed in the 11 games he has played for the Liverpool first team this season.
However, he has insisted he still has to improve.
“Even if I were to play amazing, there are always more things I could still do. I can always play better,” he told the Liverpool website.
“Whenever I reflect on games, I'm always trying to improve and trying to figure out what I can do more for the next game to come.”
The youngster went on to state that playing for Liverpool has been good for him, adding that he will keep doing well if he keeps getting the opportunities.
“Obviously to play for such a big club like Liverpool at my age is very good and I'm grateful for how things have gone,” he said.
“I've always believed that if I was given the opportunity then I would be able to play at this level and to play well.”
