Zebras captain Joel Mogorosi believes the country missed on an opportunity to qualify for only their second Africa Cup of Nations tournament.

Mogorosi believes they were not out classed by their opponents as widely thought.

“We had an opportunity with our games against Comoros and Uganda. The boys played but we just didn’t prepare well,” Mogorosi said.

“We are now shifting our focus to COSAFA. Like at any other day we can win or lose, but we want to fight all the way.

“We have just gotten back into camp and the boys want to start the season on a high. The coach has addressed us and we are equally professionals we know how to move on.”
