The agreement will be for two years.
Ezenwa, 27, left ‘The Akure Gunners' after claiming unpaid wages and has been training with FC Ifeanyi Ubah over the last week and AfricanFootball.com has been informed a deal has now been agreed.
"IfeanyiUbah have agreed terms with Ezenwa and he will join the club in time before the close of the transfer window," a source informed.
FC IfeanyiUbah had been chasing Obi, but met a brickwall in Heartland, who refused to budge from their N10m asking price for the goalkeeper, before eventually refusing to sell.
Ezenwa is expected to become the club's number one goalkeeper going forward.
