Seychelles will be out to upset Zimbabwe when they clash in the 2016 COSAFA Castle Cup Group A game at the Sam Nujoma Stadium in Windhoek on Wednesday.

Kick-off is at 5:00pm.

The Pirates were eliminated from this year's competition after being hammered 4-0 by a spirited Swaziland side in their last Group A game.

As a result Seychelles are placed fourth on Group A standings with no point having also suffered a 1-0 defeat to Madagascar in their first game.

Ralph Jean-Louis' side will be desperate for a consolation victory in their last game of this year regional tournament on Wednesday night.

Seychelles are also seeking vengeance as they narrowly lost 1-0 to Zimbabwe during last year's COSAFA Cup in South Africa.

Meanwhile, Zimbabwe will be gunning for an emphatic victory when they lock horns with Seychelles on Wednesday evening.

The Warriors' chances of advancing to the quarter-finals were dented by their goalless stalemate with Madagascar in their previous Group A game.

This was their second straight draw which sees them placed-third on the Group A log with two points. They are two points behind leaders Swaziland.

A victory over Seychelles on Wednesday could see Kalisto Pasuwa's side advance to the quarter-finals if other result go their way.

Group A winners are set to face Zambia in the quarter-finals, while the rest of the teams in the group will be eliminated.
