Mauritius will be out to surprise Angola in the 2016 COSAFA Castle Cup Group B encounter at the Independence Stadium in Windhoek on Thursday.
Kick-off is at 18h00 CAT.
The Dodos have already been eliminated from this year's tournament after losing 1-0 to Malawi in their previous Group B match.
As a result Mauritius are placed third on the Group B log with no point having also suffered a 3-0 defeat to Lesotho in their first game.
Joe Tshupula's side will be eager to bow out of this year regional tournament with an impressive victory over Angola on Thursday night.
Meanwhile, Angola will be desperate for an emphatic victory to redeem themselves when they lock horns with Mauritius on Thursday evening.
Palancas Negras' hopes of qualifying for the quarter-finals were dashed by their 2-0 defeat Lesotho in their previous Group B game.
This was also their second straight defeat which sees them placed-fourth on the Group B log with no point which means they have been eliminated from the tournament.
Defender Fernando Quissanga is one of the leaders in Samy Matias' youthful side. Quissanga will be look to lead the team to victory on Thursday.
The winner between Mauritius' Dodos and the Palancas Negras of Angola will finish third on Group B standings with three points.
However, if the two teams play to a stalemate, Mauritius will secure a third spot finish as they have a better goal-difference.
