The Ravens of Lubumbashi remain top of Group A in the CAF Confederation Cup after MO Béjaïa and and TP Mazembe played to a goalless draw at the Stade de l'Unité Maghrébine on Sunday evening.
The game offered little throughout with the hosts frustrating the five-time Caf Champions League champions, who failed to find their rhythm in what was a physical battle on the Algerian coast.
The result sees Mazembe top Group A after three games, two points clear of the Algerians who occupy second spot with five points from their allotted fixtures.
With two home games remaining, Mazembe look sure to finish top of the group as they go in search of what would be their first Caf Confederations Cup title.
MO Béjaïa did have a chance to seal the deal late on after Ismail Belkacemi missed a sitter. Betorangal failed to capitalize after bursting through on goal as the home side missed an opportunity to leapfrog their opponents.
Mazembe next host MO Béjaïa at the Stade TP Mazembe on the 27th of July.
