TikiTaka Nigeria have crashed out of this year's Gothia Cup when they lost 4-3 on penalties to NK KRSKO of Slovenia in the quarterfinal Thursday.

Full time scores stood at 0-0 before the lottery of a penalty shootout.

The Nigerian youngsters are making their debut in the youth competition as they featured in the Boys U17 category.

They recorded two wins against HJK Helsinki of Finland and Kalmar from Sweden after they lost their opening match against Malmo.

Midfielder Alhassan shone for TikiTaka, scoring three goals to propel them to the last eight.
