Cape Verde will be targeting their 2017 CAF Africa Cup of Nations spot when they meet Libya on in their final qualifier on Saturday at home.

The Blue Sharks occupy the second spot in Group F and winning their match will elevate them to 12 points from six matches.

Cape Verde are behind log leaders, Morocco, who have 13 points already and a win will mean they reach Gabon to join the leaders as one of the best second placed teams.

The Islanders will be motivated by their 2-1 win away over Libya in the first leg for them to grab six points over the Libyans.

Focusing on the visitors, Libya, have seen their campaign mixed with unfavourable results as they sit at number three in the group.

The Mediterranean Knights have four points from five matches and this means their quest to reach the continental showpiece is over.

On the other hand, the 2014 CAF African Nations Championships (CHAN) winners will be gunning for revenge on Saturday.

Estádio Nacional de Cabo Verde in Praia will be the venue on Saturday afternoon with the match getting underway at 16:00.
