Egyptian club Ittihad club have signed DR Congo striker Kabongo Kasongo on a three-year-deal to replace Cameroon striker Samuel Nlend, who reportedly tested positive for HIV recently.
Kabongo's representative Islam Serageldin told AfricanFootball.com that his client is delighted with the move.
"My player Kabongo is delighted to join Ittihad,” Serageldin told AfricanFootball.com
“He is looking forward to score goals to help the team actualize their dreams."
The 22-year-old striker played for Guinean side AS Kaloum before this switch.
