Nasarawa beat Enyimba in Ibadan to qualify for Sunday's Federation Cup final

Nasarawa United have said they are delighted they are on course to clinching the Nigeria Federation Cup for the first time in their history.
Nasarawa will face FC IfeanyiUbah in the cup final after they downed Enyimba 1-0 courtesy of a Seun Sogbeso first-half penalty goal in Ibadan today.
"We are now just 90 minutes away from winning this cup for the first time in the history of the club," said a delighted Nasarawa chairman Isaac Danladi.
"I am at the verge of making history for the people of Nasarawa State.
"We are in the final of this tournament for the first time in the history of the club and it is worth celebrating.
"We can't afford to lose at this stage again after we have defeated ‘The People's Elephant’.
“Going into the match, the boys were motivated and we did not just win the match, we are better in every department than Enyimba."
He added: "I want to commend the boys and the technical crew for a deserved victory against Enyimba.
"Going back to the continent is our main target we can do it if the boys are not distracted.
"Congratulations to the people of Nasarawa State most especially the governor for all his financial support towards the team."
