Top goalkeeper Danladi Isah has said he plans to stay put at Plateau United after posting 16 clean sheets for the Jos club last season.
“It’s my decision to stay at Plateau United,” said Isah as headed back to Jos for pre-season training after a three-week vacation.
“There have been some other offers, but for now I remain a Plateau United player.
“It’s a new season and we now have to set new targets for ourselves and the team.”
The shot stopper said he believes the luckier team between Nasarawa United and FC IfeanyiUbah will clinch the Federation Cup on Sunday in Lagos.
“I have friends in both teams and I believe luck will play a big role in who wins the cup for the first time on Sunday,” he predicted.
