Zesco United coach Tenant Chembo wants continuity from his side as they get ready to play in the CAF Confederation Cup.

Team Ya Ziko finished in the semi-finals of the CAF Champions League this year and the coach would like to see the same hunger in his team.

Zesco will now compete in the Confederation Cup after finishing as runners up to Zanaco in the FAZ Super Division.

The Ndola-based outfit will hope to use their advantage in the continent as the coach claims they have gained the needed experience in Africa.

“We have been in this business before and we know where we went wrong and where we did good things,” he tells Lusaka Times.

“We just have to improve. It all goes down to planning. If we plan well nothing will go wrong.”

Meanwhile, Zesco have been nominated for the CAF Club of the Year Award by the Confederation of African Football.

In the category, they are against African champions Mamelodi Sundowns as well as losing finalists Zamalek. CLICK HERE TO VISIT AFRICAN FOOTBALL ZAMBIA
