Botswana giants Township Rollers have been drawn against Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance Sociale Sport (CNaPS) from Madagascar in the 2017 CAF Champions League.
Rollers qualified for the prestigious club tournament after winning the 2015/16 BTC Premiership title ahead of Mochudi Centre Chiefs, who finished second.
Mapalastina will now take on CNaPS Sport who booked their place in this year's Champions League after clinching the 2016 THB Champions League title.
The first-leg encounter is likely to be played at the Stade Municipal de Toamasina, CNaPS' home ground in the city of Miarinarivo.
The 2015 Coupe de Madagascar champions participated in the 2011 and 2014 CAF Champions League tournaments.
Rollers took part in last year's competition and they were knocked out by South African giants Kaizer Chiefs in the preliminary stage.
The first-leg match is scheduled to take place in Madagascar on the weekend of the 10-12 February, while the second-leg encounter will be played in Botswana on the weekend of the 17-19 February.
The winner on aggregate are set to face either Cameroon giants Coton Sport or Atlabara from South Sudan in the two-legged first round the following month.
