Flying Eagles midfielder Chukwudi Agor’s move to Slovenian Premier League side PK Solenica has collapsed.

West Ham United had reportedly tabled a bid of €200,000 for the Nigeria youth international, while

Tottenham Hotspur also of England had also shown interest on the youngster.

Agor, a product of ASJ Academy Owerri, who also produced the Nwakali brothers - Chidiebere and Kelechi- was spotted by agents of PK Solenica following a brilliant outing for the Golden Eaglets at Chile 2015 FIFA U17 World Cup and the Nigeria U20s failed attempt to qualify for the 2017 CAF U20 AFCON.

The 18-year-old went through rigorous trials at the club that lasted three weeks as well as a successful medical but monetary issues ensured the two parties failed to reach a common ground, forcing the deal to fall through.

The Nigerian youngster has now headed straight to Azerbaijan, where several undisclosed clubs are taking a look at his potentials with a view to giving him a contract if he impressed.

"(Chukwudi) Agor is no longer going to Solenica", informs an official of ASJ Football Academy, Owerri owners of the footballing rights of the midfield dazzler.

"We could not reach agreement on issues of transfer fee.

"Right now he has traveled to Azerbaijan, where some clubs have shown interest in him.

"When everything is done, I'll give you details."
