Mustapha Ibrahim targets goals on emotional return to El Kanemi

Enyimba striker Mustapha Ibrahim has said it will be an emotional experience to play and score against his hometown club El Warriors on Sunday.

His wife, parents as well as the El Kanemi fans will be at the stadium, but they will be cheering the home team and not his club Enyimba.

“El Kanemi Warriors are the club I played for last season and the club who brought me to limelight,” said the promising striker, who has been a long-term target of Enyimba.

"On Sunday, I will play in front of my parents, my father will be at the stadium, my wife to be will be there too and they are all El Kanemi Warriors fans.

"But I am a professional player and I am now an Enyimba player.

"I will do my job by giving the defence of El Kanemi Warriors a tough time and hopefully get a goal against my home club.”
