AWOL Onyekuru back in training after transfer standoff

Nigerian youngster Henry Onyekuru has resumed training with his Belgian Club AS Eupen after he stayed away from training and games for over a week following a transfer logjam.

The rave of the moment told AfricanFootball.com that he resumed training on Friday and will play in a league game Saturday night.

"I am back at AS Eupen. I return to training on Friday and I am going to play a game tonight (Saturday) against Waasland Beveren,” he disclosed.

"The club fans should expect my best as usual."

He has scored 10 goals in the league this season.
