SuperSport United coach Stuart Baxter has revealed that he will make changes to his starting line-up against Madagascar side ASSM Elgeco Plus on Sunday.

The two sides are set to lock horns in the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round first-leg clash at the Stade Municipal de Mahamasina in Antananarivo.

Matsatsantsa are coming off a 5-2 victory over Lamontville Golden Arrows in the Absa Premiership clash which was played in Pretoria.

"We've got the Madagascar trip," Baxter told The Sowetan.

"So we will make a few changes in Madagascar, but that won't be because we are underestimating people.

SuperSport are currently sitting at the top of the Absa Premiership standings and the British tactician is pleased with his squad.

"It will be because with the schedule we've got, we can't just pick the same XI all the time. The [whole] squad has got to take responsibility," he said.

"I think the squad deserves a massive pat on the back. They've made it through the first half of the season with all these injuries. A lot of our frontliners have been out."
