Pirates saw their winless streak in the league extended to six matches when they were handed a 6-0 thrashing at Mamelodi Sundowns on February 11.

The Soweto giants have claimed 10 points from seven home matches this season.

The Buccaneers are placed 10th on the Absa Premiership log with 19 points from 15 matches.

Wits claimed their biggest league win of the season when they defeated Ajax Cape Town 5-0 at home on February 7.

The Johannesburg side has claimed 15 points from eight away matches this season.

The Clever Boys are placed fourth on the Absa Premiership log with 28 points from 14 matches.

In head-to-head stats, Pirates and Wits have met in 61 league matches since 1985.
