Baroka FC midfielder Jose Garcia says they will do everything in their power to bag a win in their Absa Premiership match against Platinum Stars on Wednesday.

Bakgaga Ba Mphahlele are desperate for a win as they find themselves sitting at the bottom of the Absa Premiership log standings.

Jacob Sakala's men have 12 points from 16 matches coming from two wins, six draws and eight losses thus far following their recent defeat against Chippa United.

However, the Premier Soccer League returnees will be boosted y their 1-0 win at Royal Bafokeng Stadium in the opening game of 2017.

“I think the boys know what is at stake. We are prepared and we will take it like a cup final. It's not easy being last on the log table,” said midfielder Jose Garcia ahead of the Dikwena match.

“I think the boys will put all the effort in needed to collect the full three points. This is the second round now and we cannot go into it with the first round mentality.

"Yes, we beat them (Platinum Stars), but this is a new game, new plans and preparations.

“The only thing that will help us is to go all out, show that we want it more and we can make things happen for us.”

The match will be staged at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium at 19:30.
