20h08 - Salomon Kalou's Hertha Berlin have conceded a goal against Hamburger SV and trail 1-0 with ten minutes left in the German Bundesliga match.

19h51 - The late goal from Algerian Yassine Benzia has rescued a point for Lille who have drawn 1-1 against Steeve Yago's Toulouse in the French Ligue 1.

19h49 - Yaya Toure's Manchester City have beaten Lamine Kone and Didier Ndong's Sunderland 2-0 in the English Premier League.

19h36 - Algerian Yassine Benzia has leveled matters for Lille against Steeve Yago's Toulouse in the French Ligue 1. The game is locked at 1-1 with ten minutes to go.

18h47 - It is half time in both the French Ligue 1 and the English Premier League matches which started at 18h00. Yaya Toure's Manchester City lead 1-0 against Sunderland and Steeve Yago's Toulouse lead 1-0 against Lille.

18h40 - Yaya Toure's Manchester City have taken the lead against Lamine Kone and Didier Ndong's Sunderland in the English Premier League, 1-0.

18h31 - Salomon Kalou is in the starting line-up for Hertha Berlin as they get their match underway against Hamburger in the German Bundesliga.

18h30 - Steeve Yago's Toulouse have taken a 1-0 lead against Victor Enyeama and Yves Bissouma's Lille in the French Ligue 1, 1-0.

18h20 - Thomas' Atletcio have scored early in the second half to take a 2-0 lead against Aymen Abdennour's Valencia in the Spanish La Liga.

18h00 - Also full time in France, where Henri Bedimo's Marseille cruised to a 4-0 win over Lorient, despite a goal from Benjamin Moukandjo.

17h55 - Full time in Italy's afternoon matches, where Mehdi Benatia helped Juventus fight back from a goal down to draw 1-1 with Udinese. Here are the other results: Cagliari 1-5 Inter, Crotone 0-0 Sassuolo, Empoli 0-2 Genoa and Torino 3-1 Palermo.

17h45 - In 15 minutes we have the final Premier League match of the day, Sunderland hosting Manchester City. Lamine Kone and Didier Ndong start for the former, while the latter have Yaya Toure in midfield.

17h40 - Kicking off in 20 minutes we have another match from Ligue 1, with Steeve Yago's Toulouse hosting a Lille side which features Victor Enyeama and Yves Bissouma.

17h35 - Afriyie Acquah's Torino have gone from a goal down to lead Palermo 3-1 in Serie A, while Mehdi Benatia has come off the bench for Juventus, who have levelled the game at 1-1 away to Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu's Udinese.

17h30 - Benjamin Moukandjo has come off the bench and scored for Lorient, but they trail 1-4 at home to Marseille in the first Ligue 1 match of the day.

17h20 - Done and dusted at White Hart Lane, where we saw some late goals and drama as Victor Wanyama's Spurs nearly threw the game away against Idrissa Gueye's Everton but held on for a 3-2 win.

17h05 - In 10 minutes we'll have kick-off in a major La Liga game in Spain, which sees Atletico Madrid host Valencia. No African starters for either team, though Thomas Partey and Aymen Abdennour are on the respective benches.

16h50 - Half time in Italy, where Afriyie Acquah's Torino trail Palermo 1-0 at home, while Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu's Udinese have a 1-0 lead over champions Juventus. Here are the other scores: Cagliari 1-2 Inter, Crotone 0-0 Sassuolo and Empoli 0-0 Genoa.

16h45 - Another goal for Harry Kane and Victor Wanyama's Tottenham now lead Idrissa Gueye's Everton 2-0 in the Premier League.

16h40 - Afriyie Acquah's Torino have gone 1-0 down at home to Palermo, with the Serie A games approaching half time.

16h30 - Up to the half hour mark in the Italian games, still goalless across the board. In France, Henri Bedimo's Marseille now hold a 2-0 lead over Majeed Waris' Lorient.

16h20 - In 10 minutes we'll have kick-off in the first Bundesliga match of the day, though there are no Africans featuring for either Eintracht Frankfurt or SC Freiburg.

16h15 - Almost half time in the Premier League, where Victor Wanyama's Spurs are still 1-0 up against the Toffees. In France, Henri Bedimo's Marseille have taken a 1-0 lead away to Lorient.

16h10 - And we're 10 minutes into the first Ligue 1 match of the day, where Zargo Toure, Alhassan Wakaso and Majeed Waris start for Lorient at home to Marseille, who have Henri Bedimo and Andre Frank Zambo in their XI.

16h05 - It's also been five minutes since kick-off for five Serie A matches in Italy: Cagliari v Internazionale has no African interest, Nigeria’s Simy faces up to Alfred Duncan in Crotone v Sassuolo, Empoli’s Omar El Kaddouri and Assane Diousse start against Genoa, Afriyie Acquah is on the bench for Torino at home to Palermo and Ghanaians Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu and Kwadwo Asamoah are both on the bench for Udinese v Juventus.
