18h00 - We conclude with news of the full time results in the Premier League: Wilfried Zaha's heroics helped Crystal Palace claim a stunning 2-1 away win over Chelsea, while Eric Bailly's Manchester United were held 0-0 at home by West Bromwich Albion. Here are the other scores: Burnley 0-2 Tottenham, Hull 2-1 West Ham, Leicester 2-0 Stoke and Watford 1-0 Sunderland.

17h50 - Half time in Ligue 1, where Mehdi Abeid's Dijon scored just before the break to lead 1-0 at Marseille.

17h45 - Ahmed Elmohamady's Hull have come from behind to lead 2-1 at home to West Ham United. In 15 minutes we'll have the first Serie A match of the day which sees Alfred Duncan and Keita Balde on the bench for Sassuolo and Lazio respectively.

17h30 - Victor Wanyama's Tottenham have claimed the lead away to Burnley, while Wilfried Zaha's Crystal Palace continue to lead 2-1 at Chelsea.

17h25 - Full time in the Bundesliga, where Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's Dortmund were held 1-1 by hosts Schalke, while Naby Keita's two goals helped Leipzig to an emphatic 4-0 win over Darmstadt. The other final scores: Bayern 6-0 Augsburg, Hamburger 2-1 Koln and Freiburg 2-5 Werder Bremen.

17h10 - Naby Keita's Leipzig are flying against Darmstadt in the Bundesliga, they're now 4-0 up. The young Africans has scored two goals thus far.

17h00 - Underway in the Ligue 1 match, while in Germany we've seen an equaliser for Schalke against Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's Dortmund.

16h50 - Half time in the Premier League, here are the scores: Chelsea 1-2 Palace, Man United 0-0 West Brom, Burnley 0-0 Tottenham, Hull 0-1 West Ham, Leicester 1-0 Stoke and Watford 0-0 Sunderland.

16h45 - Goal for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Dortmund lead 1-0 in the Ruhr derby against Schalke!

16h30 - A goal for Wilfred Ndidi has put Leicester City 1-0 up at home to Stoke City.

16h20 - Half time in the Bundesliga's afternoon matches, where Naby Keita's goal still sees Leipzig 1-0 up against Darmstadt. Here are the other scores: Schalke 0-0 Dortmund, Freiburg 0-2 Werder Bremen, Hamburger 1-1 Koln and Bayern 2-0 Augsburg.

16h15 - Stunning stuff from Wilfried Zaha, who has scored a goal and assisted one to see Palace turn their game around against Chelsea - they're now 2-1 up at Stamford Bridge!

16h10 - The first goal in the afternoon Premier League matches sees Chelsea 1-0 up against Wilfried Zaha's Crystal Palace thanks to a strike from Cesc Fabregas.

16h00 - We're underway in the Premier League afternoon matches. If you missed the first English game of the day, Liverpool beat Everton 3-1 in the Merseyside derby. Sadio Mane scored the opening goal, but limped off with injury in the second half.

15h50 - In the Bundesliga, Naby Keita has scored a fine goal to put Leipzig 1-0 up at home to Darmstadt. In Our final piece of Premier League team news, Nordin Amrabat starts for Watford at home to Sunderland, who have Lamine Kone in their XI. 

15h45 - Ahmed Elmohamady, Oumar Niasse and Alfred N'Diaye start for Hull City at home to West Ham United, who have Andre Ayew, Sofiane Feghouli and Cheikhou Kouyate in their XI. Riyad Mahrez, Wilfred Ndidi and Yohan Benalouane start for Leicester City at home to Stoke City, who have Ramadan Sobhi in their XI.

15h40 - Victor Wanyama starts for Tottenham Hotspur in their match at Burnley, while Jeffrey Schlupp and Wilfried Zaha start for Crystal Palace in their derby at Chelsea, who don't have Victor Moses available due to injury.

15h35 - Coming up at 16h00 we have six Premier League matches. Starting off with team news, Eric Bailly starts for Manchester United at home to West Bromwich Albion, who have Allan Nyom in their XI.
