19h05 - Still to come later this evening, Juventus and Napoli lock horns in the Italian Serie A.

18h55 - Full-Time scores in the French Ligue 1: Lorient 1-0 Caen; Montpellier 0-1 Toulouse; Nantes 2-1 Angers. Over in England Arsenal and Manchester City played to a 2-2 stalemate. Alex Iwobi and Yaya Toure came on as second-half substitutes.

18h50 - Senegalese defender Issa Cissokho has received his marching orders as  Angers finish the game with 10-men.

18h40 - Mokotjo played the entire match as FC Twente suffered a surprise 2-1 defeat at home to Go Ahead Eagles on Sunday evening. Earlier, Bertrand Traore's Ajax blew the Dutch Eredivise wide open with a 2-1 win over leaders Feyenoord.

18h35 - Abdennour  and Fajr currently going head-to-head in the Spanish La Liga as Valencia take on Deportiva La Coruna.

18h25 - Burkina Faso international Prejuce Nakoulma has bagged a quick-fire brace for Nantes before Senegal national Famara Diedhiou pulled a goal back for Angers in France.

18h10 - Real Madrid have beaten Alaves 3-0. In England, Arsenal have again pulled level - this time Mustafi with the goal for the Gunenrs in what has been a thrilling encounter.

18h00 - Half-Time scores in the French Ligue 1: Lorient 1-0 Caen; Montpellier 0-1 Toulouse; Nantes 0-0 Angers

17h55 - Cameroon international Benjamin Moukandjo on target for Lorient in the French Ligue 1. They are at home to Caen.

17h45  - Sergio Aguero has put Manchester City back in front with the Citizens 2-1 up at the break.

17h40 - Arsenal are level at the Emirates. The Gunners, who have Elneny and Alex Iwobi on the bench, back on level terms following a goal by Theo Walcott.

17h30 - Real Madrid still hold a slender 1-0 lead over Alaves. Moroccan international Fedal in action for the Spanish top-flight minnows.

17h20- Marvin Matip's Ingolstadt beat Mainz 2-1 with the Cameroon international having scored an own goal. Nigeria's Leon Balogun featured for the visitors. No African interest as Leverkusen and Wolfsburg lock horns elsewhere in Germany.

17h05 - Early goal for Manchester City as Leroy Sane, who's father is a former Senegalese international, outpaces Bellerin before skipping past Ospina and finding the back of the net.

17h00 - Full time in the afternoon Serie A matches, where Franck Kessie's Atalanta ran riot at Genoa to win 5-0, Sulley Muntari's Pescara held Milan 1-1 and Khouma Babacar's goal saw Fiorentina triumph 1-0 against Bologna.

16h55 - Full time in the first Ligue 1 match of the day, where Ndombe Mubele's goal earned an unlikely goal for 10-man Rennes against Lyon.

16h50 - Coming up in 10 minutes  we have a massive Premier League clash between Arsenal and Manchester City. No Africans starters, but the Gunners gave Mohamed Elneny and Alex Iwobi on the bench, while Yaya Toure waits in reserve for the Citizens.

16h40 - Koffi Djidji and Prejuce Nakoulma start for Nantes at home to Angers, who have Ismael Traore, Cheikh N'Doye, Karl-Toko Ekambi, Famara Diedhiou and Issa Cissokho in their XI. Meanwhile, DR Congo's Ndombe Mubele has scored for 10-man Rennes to see them drawing 1-1 with Lyon.

16h35 - Ryad Boudebouz, Steve Mounie, Yacouba Sylla and Stephane Sessegnon start for Montpellier at home to Toulouse, while Franck Kessie's Atalanta are now 4-0 up against Genoa.

16h30 - Coming up in half an hour we'll have three further Ligue 1 matches. Team news from the first of them, Lorient v Caen, sees Benjamin Moukandjo and Majeed Waris start for the former, while Alaeddine Yahia and Jordan Adeoti feature for the latter.

16h25 - Franck Kessie's Atalanta now enjoy a 3-0 lead away to 10-man Genoa in Serie A. In the Premier League, Jordan Ayew's Swansea were held 0-0 at home by Rudy Gestede's Boro.

16h20 - Khouma Babacar has come on as a substitute for Fiorentina and has made an immediate impact, scoring to put them 1-0 up against Bologna in Serie A.

16h15 - Rachid Ghezzal's Lyon have claimed a 1-0 lead away to 10-man Rennes in Ligue 1.

16h05 - Kicking off in 10 minutes we'll have a Primera Liga match between Real Madrid and Alaves, with Moroccan Zouhair Feddal starting for the latter.

15h55 - Half time in the Serie A matches, where Sulley Muntari's Pescara have been pegged back to 1-1 by Milan, while Franck Kessie's Atalanta are 2-0 up at Genoa. Here are the other scores: Chievo 0-0 Crotone, Fiorentina 0-0 Bologna and Palermo 1-0 Cagliari.

15h50 - Marvin Matip's Ingolstadt lead Mainz 1-0 in the Bundesliga, while half time in the Ligue 1 match sees Giovanni Sio's 10-man Rennes holding Lyon 0-0.

15h40 - Franck Kessie's Atalanta are now 2-0 up against Genoa in their Serie A clash.

15h30 - In Italy Sulley Muntari's Pescara have a 1-0 lead against Milan and Franck Kessie's Atalanta have the same advantage against Genoa. Kicking off now we have the first Bundesliga match of the day which sees Marvin Matip and Leon Balogun start for Ingolstadt and Mainz 05 respectively.

15h20 - Jordan Ayew's Swansea and Rudy Gestede's Middlesbrough are locked at 0-0 at half time of their Premier League match.

15h15 - Rudy Gestede is on as a substitute for Boro, still 0-0 in their match at Swansea.

15h10 - A nightmare start for Remy Bensebaini in the Rennes v Lyon match - he's been sent off after just five minutes!

15h05 - Well underway in the games in Italy and France, while in England it's still 0-0 between Jordan Ayew's Swansea and Middlesbrough.

14h50 - Franck Kessie starts for Atalanta away to Genoa, while in a Ligue 1 game coming up at 15h00  Ramy Bensebaini, Mexer and Giovanni Sio start for Rennes at home to Olympique Lyon, who have Rachid Ghezzal on the bench.

14h40 - Sulley Muntari, Ahmad Benali and Mamadou Coulibaly start for Pescara at home to AC Milan, while Serge Gakpe is on the bench for Chievo at home to Crotone.

14h35 - Team news starting to filter through from five Serie A matches which kick-off at 15h00. Gofred Donsah, Saphir Taider and Ibrahima Mbaye start for Bologna away to Fiorentina, who have Khouma Babacar on their bench.

14h30 - We jump straight into Premier League action, with news that Jordan Ayew starts for Swansea in their home match against Middlesbrough, who have Adlene Guedioura and Rudy Gestede on the bench.
