In order to ward off potential suitors, Crystal Palace will offer Ivorian Wilfried Zaha a bumper new deal, as reported by The Guardian.
The Elephants player, who scored and assisted the winning goal in Palace’s shock 2-1 win at Premier League leaders Chelsea on Saturday, currently earns around 35,000 pounds a week at Selhurst Park.
The new offer will reportedly bump his weekly pay up to 110,000 pounds and make him their top earner.
Palace’s offer comes in the wake of reports that Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City and Chelsea are considering a move for the winger.
Palace chairman Steve Parish told BBC 5 Live's Sportsweek programme on Sunday: “We would love to keep Wilfried. We will sit down and talk to him as soon as we're safe and I'm very hopeful of doing so."
