Striker Emmanuel Okwi will return from injury on Tuesday to lead SC Villa when they face Kirinya Jinja SSS FC in an Azam Uganda Premier League tie at the Kakindu Stadium.
Okwi, who returned from Denmark two months ago, missed SC Villa’s last game when they lost to arch-rivals Express FC.
“I feel much better and ready to lead SC Villa on Tuesday,” Okwi told AfricanFootball.com.
SC Villa, who have played three games more than the defending champions KCCA FC, have 47 points, one ahead of Mike Mutebi’s team.
The SC Villa coach Wasswa Bbosa said they are going all out for maximum points.
“We cannot afford to suffer defeat again,” added Bbosa.
Police FC, who stopped Vipers SC last week, will host Bright Stars FC at the Mandela National Stadium, Namboole.
“We need to win more matches as the League gets to the final bend,” said Police FC coach Abudallah Mubiru.
Express FC will also be eager to move to third place keep when they host bottom placed JMC Hippos FC.
On Wednesday KCCA FC, who have qualified for the group stage of the CAF Total Confederations Cup, will host URA FC at the Philip Omondi Stadium.
