Township Rollers head coach Teenage Mpote is stressing over the fitness of one of his key defenders Tshepo 'Talk-Talk' Motlhabankwe.
The veteran defender sustained an injury during Rollers' 2-1 win over Mochudi Centre Chiefs in the Botswana Premier League (BPL) match last weekend.
Mapalastina, who are the defending BPL champions, are challenging for the this season's league title with Jwaneng Galaxy and Orapa United.
“We need every player because we will be playing too many games in a very short period of time," Mpote told Mmegi.
"Of course we have other players who are fit and can fill his position but as one the experienced guys in the team, we will need him."
Rollers are currently sitting at the top of the league log standings with 49 points - two ahead of second-placed Galaxy, while Orapa have 42 points.
There are seven matches left in the current 2016/17 league campaign which is likely to come to an end next month.
